This RPPC shows the Kurehashi Bridge at the Usa Jingū, an 8th-century shrine to Hachiman in Kyoto, Japan. The commemorative souvenir ink stamp represents Hachiman, the deity of archery and divine protection, and shows that the shrine was given the Kanpei Taisha, a stamp of pre-WWII imperial support for historical places.

This postcard contains pre-WWII Japanese language format, read from right to left. The front text says "Usa Jingū Shrine, Kurehashi", and the back says "Postcard".
