Eugene Hotel, Eugene, Ore, Opened in 1924. Featuring Americanized-Spanish style.
Ten people of Eugene donated to start construction. Was headed by Bird Rose, a local, who felt people visiting Eugene to see a football game deserved a nice hotel. It was Americanized-Spanish style. It was a very popular spot for sixty years for U of Oregon fans to stay. In 1983 it was renovated as apartments, and is on the National Registry for Historic Places.
The cars date the postcard before WWII.
