This linen postcard was printed in the 1930s, featuring a gorgeous Redwood Sequoia forest dappled with sunlight. 

The Sequoias or Redwood trees are the oldest living things in the world. Some of the same trees standing today were growing when Christ was born. There are two types of these trees, the Coast Sequoias and the Sierra Sequoias. The tallest, The Founders Tree," is 364 feet high. The largest, "The General Sherman," is 101.6 feet in base circumference.
