This adorable female toddler wears a jewel-encrusted hat in this wonderful photograph! Her curly bangs almost obscure the jewels along the bottom of the bonnet, but the jewelry adds a certain sparkle and elegance to her photo. The large satin headpiece matches the massive satin bow around her neck and the pleated dress worn underneath. This is a great photo for a costume designer looking to replicate this era.
Considered "one of the best in his profession" for his paintings and photos, F. B. Zay had a studio and gallery located in Findlay, Ohio, above the local grocery store Stuart & Lamb’s!
