Note that the 1816 charter for Pittsburg did not have an H on the end of the city name. In 1891, the US charter of States said all cities ending in burgh could drop the H, but in 1911 the city of Pittsburgh decided it was to have the H in all future uses. Thus, this card was pre 1891. It is in great condition.
