Back Information: The War and State Department Building has a frontage on Pennsylvania Avenue of 342 feet with a depth of 365 feet. There are 500 rooms and two miles of marble hall.
Condition: Fair, the front of the card has some slight damage from being posted and two of the corners are bent with slightly worn edges. The back has pencil copy and it has caused a little transfer onto the card.
Mailed: Posted on March 30th, 1924 from Washington, D.C. with a green 1 cent Ben Franklin stamp
