Lions Gate Bridge, Vancouver, Canada, Made by the Gowen, Sutton Co. Ltd. Vancouver, Canada. Opened in 1938 as the First Narrows Bridge. But its Iconic Art Deco Lion decorated sculptures gave it the title Lions Gate Bridge. It is an iconic suspension Bridge and a National Historic Site. It has 3 lanes of reversible counterflow system to mange traffic. Built by the Guinness family, and when built, it was the longest suspension bridge in the British Empire. The main span is 473 meters and supports twin towers.
