Enger Tower - Duluth, Minn. this is an 80 ft hight, 5 story Stone Observation Tower in Enger Park Duluth, MN, 450 ft. above Lake Superior. Built to honor Burt Enger, a Norwegian immigrant who donated a park to the city, and asked they add a look out tower. Completed in 1939. This Photo may have been taken in the early 1940s to be sold to tourists.
