Palmer Fountain and City Hall- Detroit, Michigan

"The Palmer Fountain is a gift to the city from Senator T. W. Palmer and wife, it cost $20,000 to construct. The buildings in the rear are the City Hall and Dime Bank Building "the highest office building in Michigan." This card was produced as a photo chrome card, which started to to be used on postcards in 1939. This card was never mailed and is in good condition.
