Description: This Diamond Crystal Salt brochure is nearly a century old, published in 1926 to advertise multiple uses for salt in the home. Diamond Crystal was known for its "pure" salt crystals with a flake grain rather than a cube shape. The company began their new form of producing salt in 1886 in St. Clair, MI, and were acquired by a number of companies throughout the 20th century. This booklet is quite rare as Diamond Crystal Co. itself was acquired only three years after this document's publication.
