Front: Old Stone Bridge and Washington Inn, Valley Forge, Pa.
Back: Washington Inn Valley Forge, PA. Supposed to have been built prior to 1768, owned by the Potts Estate, and occupied by Col. Dewees who built large ovens in the cellar to bake bread for Washington's Army. To all soldiers is was known as the "Bakehouse." Within its walls some of the courts martial were held.
