This Infant Care Children's Bureau Publication, created by the U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, is a wonderful read and interesting to look back on 70 years later. It tells you exactly, how the 70 years olds of today, were introduced to the world. Keep in mind, these were the babies of the joyful survivors of world War II. It is a paper back journal publication, so it has some wear to the pages. Some parts of the journal are bent or slightly torn on the corners, however, it is otherwise in fair condition. **Our vintage ephemera may have signs of wear or production imperfections.
