Mailed from Ishpeming, MI to La Grange, IL with a green $0.01 Benjamin Franklin stamp. December 12, 1911
Embossed depiction of a woman in a yellow and green  Art Nouveau dress, adorned with purple flowers and black decals. She is also wearing a large, purple feathered hat.
Publisher: Stamped with an "S" inside a diamond shape in the back, lower left corner.
