On front:  A photo of the Captree State Parkway Bridge in Bayshore, New York 
On back: The Captree Causeway, connecting with the State Parkway system near Babylon, provides a new easterly approach to Jones Beach State Park. The new cause-way includes a 10,800 foot-long bridge across Great South Bay with a center spans of 60 feet above high water. At its southerly end it joins the Jones Beach Ocean Parkway at Captree State Park where fishing facilities and shuttle ferry service to Fire Island State Park are available.
