Back: PARKE COUNTY, INDIANA 1461 - 04 BRIDGETON BRIDGE, built 1868 over Big Raccoon Creek. 2-span Burr Arch 245 feet. First water powered mill built in 1823, second 1835-36, present mill in 1868-70, using stone burrs and complete rolling mills for flour. Now electric powered feed mill opened by Weise Milling Company.
