Back: PARKE COUNTY, INDIANA NO. 8 14-61-04 BRIDGETON BRIDGE, located in Bridgeton. Built 1868 over Big Raccoon Creek. 2 span Burr Arch 245 feet. Water power mill built in 1823 burned in 1835, rebuilt in 1836. Burned again in 1868, rebuilt in 1869-70, using stone burrs and complete rolling mills for flour.
