Back: "Alaska's only covered bridge. Texas Creek # 393-- World Guide # 02-01-01 Crosses North fork of Texas Creek near town of Hyder in S.E. Alaska. Single span, 122 1/2 feet long, built-in 1927. It was damaged by a snow avalanche several years ago and not accessible by automobile."
