This is Volume of the Heibonsha series on the history of Italian Renaissance art, written in Japanese. This volume focuses on the evolution of artistic techniques and styles throughout the Italian Renaissance, particularly how the use of color developed and became increasingly important, and is known for its detailed illustrations, especially in its fifth edition, which heavily features color reproductions of artworks.
This book and case are in excellent condition with minor wear and tear from use. The case has small water stains, and the corners are a little rough. The cover has slight discoloration at random.
