RPPC - Mature Lady in White posing with a White Fan - 1920s - Vintage Photo Postcard

This lady was likely a farmer's wife or schoolteacher in the 1920s. This card was unmailed but has a long message from the woman pictured. She speaks of a terribly dry season and hardly any crops. Michigan began to feel a drought coming in 1928...but the clothing here is more like the styles worn up until 1920.
