On front: A photo Kids and Pet dog sitting on Steps. This looks like an urban setting, and it is summer poverty. Very emancipated Children without shoes looking very worn out by life. No trace of smiles.  Could be during the depression, or simply the poverty felt by immigrants in the large US cities in the 1920s.
