1909 Photo of beautiful Lady with Big Hair Bow and Side Ringlets - Oval Black-and-White Photo

This beautiful lady had her photo taken in 1909, when bouffants and big bows were all the rage. She has not one, but two bows in her hair, which sweep to the side and end in ringlets popular at that time. This woman is a real looker, and this appears to be like a photo for a Stage Actress, but I cannot find a photo to match or a reference to her name. At the bottom right of the card mount, overlapping handwritten notes write "Sincerely", "Alta", and "May" and "March 8", 1909, among other scribbles.
