This hand-colored and slightly faded postcard was mailed in 1945 and has a "Pay no more than ceiling prices" wartime stamp on the back. The 3 cent Canadian stamp is covered up by previous mounting adhesive which could be carefully removed.
Condition: Used but still clear and colors have faded into pastel.
