the 1816 charter for Pittsburg did not have an H on the end of the city name, in 1891 the US charter o States said all cities ending in burgh could drop the H, but in 1911 the city of Pittsburgh decided it was to have the H in all future uses. Thus this card was pre 1891. It is in great condition.
