This cathedral is the longest and tallest church in Denmark, constructed in the 12th century. It was built on the banks of the Aarhus River and has gone through multiple iterations: the late 1200s saw a Romanesque style, the 1450s reconstructed it in the Gothic style, and the inside features Baroque memorials and a unique model ship. Mailed in 1987 with a purple 300kr Queen Margrethe stamp.
